 Here are two (9 and 10 pounds) of the 12 stripers I caught December 17th near Grassy Creek. All the fish were caught on live shad that were fished on a free line, bobber line and two side planers. These fish were caught early in the morning from 7am-10am. |

 28 November 2006 was another day of good fishing aboard fishing boat TALL BLONDE. Three strippers were caught. Also a nice 5 pound 5 ounce 21 inch largemouth bass was caught by Carolyn Ferguson on the main lake between buoy 10 and 11 on a 25 stretch lure. Picture attached. The fish is now at Phil's Taxidermy. |

 Every day this week, Fishing Boat TALL BLONDE had strippers onboard. Several were too small and had to be thrown back. The largest keeper was caught by Carolyn Ferguson on Friday, 11/10/06, by the Burlington plant. It was 30 inches and weighted 12 pounds. |

 Stephanie caught this Striper on Nutbush Creek across from Henderson Point while fishing with her Dad and Grandfather. This 34", 10lb Striper put up a big fight after hitting the live bluegill that was used for bait. The bluegill was caught by Stephanie the night before using a nightcrawler and did not put up as much of a fight! |

I've seen and caught alot of big cats and once you start catching them 30,40,50,60 & 70 lb's on up, they come in different lengths, weights, girths, heads, etc..
